What we may reimburse for
If a customer is not satisfied with the quality of your work, Google may, in its absolute and sole discretion, reimburse the customerĀ up to the amount on the job invoice for the initial services provided by you, up to a lifetime limit.
We wonāt reimburse for add-on or future projects, damages to property, dissatisfaction with price or provider responsiveness,Ā or cancellations.
How it works
If one of your customers submits a request to be reimbursed by Google,Ā Google will decide on a resolution. This decision is based solely on Googleās discretion and is not a substitute for any legal or insurance action customers might take with regards to a performed service.
